Mosum Consulting is a small consulting firm with Ritu Gorczyca as its primarly consultant and designer. Ritu works indiviually or with her partners C.Note Consultants to provide creative services in multiple fields including interaction design, visual design, brand building and strengthening, and customer-centered strategy focusing on effective, accessible communications.
She works with companies to find the best solution to help them reach their goals in a way that will delight and satisfy their customer needs as well as meet business needs.
Her process is to start by getting to know your business and your customers, and then find the best, most realistic solutions with honesty, flexibility and creativity.

Ritu's background
Ritu has over 15 years of experience in user-centered design, usability analysis, information design, and Rich Application design as well as software development. She has worked with companies worldwide to evaluate, improve, and design large-scale e-commerce, financial, and information interfaces.
In 1999, Ritu founded and directed the user experience design team at TechTarget where she was responsible for the TechTarget suite of 20+ IT media sites. In 1997, she was a founding member of the User Experience team at Reed Elsevier Technology group, providing UE design services to Reed Elsevier's publishing companies including Lexis-Nexis, Cahners, Elsevier Science, OAG, and more.
She hold degrees in Computer Science and English Literature and is an amateur photographer.
